Refunds & Deposits
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Student Cancellation
No refund will be made in the event of a student cancelling their course.
No refund will be made in the event of a student's non-attendance or late arrival.
Transferring To A Different Course
In the event that a student is unable to attend the course that they are registered on, the student is able to transfer only ONCE to a future course (subject to availability), provided that we are given 1 month's written notice prior to the course's starting date.
Confirmation Of Registration
Students are only registered to attend a course after their signed enrollment form and deposit payment have been received.
Students will receive confirmation in writing from Ash Kumar Academy UK/North America featuring the following course details: course location, date, time, location map.
Along with this written confirmation Ash Kumar Academy will also enclose a printed receipt for all payments.
Head Office Cancellation
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, head office will either transfer you onto another available course or refund any course fees that have been paid.
Removal Of Students
Ash Kumar Academy have full discretion within reason to remove a student before or during a course. We also reserve the right to remove a Certificate of Attendance after a course has started.
Equipment
Ash Kumar Academy will provide the equipment, materials and apparatus to teach Makeup, Hair and Henna which we feel is appropriate to your course syllabus.
Data Protection
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
